Symptoms
From Employee Self Service tile, Learning tile, Find learning section, search returns no results for Learners.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as a Learner
2. Navigate to Employee Self Service tile >Learning tile, Find Learning section, enter a specific Course and {click} Search button
3. Notice Learner receives a message " No Results Returned"
