EAP: Match Exception Collaboration Center Fails to Open With Large Number of Exceptions

Symptoms
Matching process message logs indicated there were 6200 Vouchers with exceptions.
User navigated to Homepage with MECC tile and it showed 13K exceptions.
When he clicked on the tile, the system tried to load the Center but eventually timed out.
Step:
------------------------------
1. From Fluid home, click on Match Exception tile
2. After clicking the tile, system attempts to load the page for quite some time before Time Out
