Error "No rows exist for the specified keys. {USERPRODDIST_UPD_CI} (91,50)" When Editing Bidder Profile After Changing The Bidder Contact ID (Doc ID 2890149.1)

Symptoms

When registering a new bidder then adding a new contact, saved for later then changing that contact id, system will save the correct OperID in the "PS_AUC_CONTACT_HDR " table however it will still be showing the old OPERID on the bidder contact tab which will cause to get an error message when editing that contact.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to : User Restoration tile > Register a Bidder ID and register a new bidder.
  2. Proceed to the contact train stop and add a new contact.
  3. Press on Save for later button.
  4. Now Press on resume the registration and edit the contact and change the contact ID.
  5. Submit the registration by pressing on the submit button.
  6. Sign in as Approver and navigate to Approvals tile from home page and approve the request.
  7. Review the "PS_AUC_CONTACT_HDR " table, notice that it has the correct/updated operid
  8. Now navigate to Sourcing > Event Responses > Maintain Bidder and review the bidder contact page and notice that old operid still showing.
  9. Edit any information on bidder contact.
  10. Getting error message
