ELM 9.2: Search Results Are Incorrect In PeopleSoft ELM Global Search

Symptoms
Global Search gives wrong results when the user searches for any particular course or class.
It results in a blank search, however, if the user is using the Fluid Back Button, it will display all courses available.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Login into PeopleSoft ELM, on the search bar, click the dropdown and select ‘Learning Fluid’.
2. Now type "Personal Development" in the search box and click enter or click on the magnifying glass (do not choose from the suggestions shown)
3. It then displays the results and immediately redirects to the blank search
4. Click on the ‘Search Results’ button (fluid back) and the user will find the actual result page.
