Symptoms

After upgrading the environment to PeopleTools 8.59.xx trying to logon to PIA shows error on screen below:

The following was checked below, yet the issue persisted:

1. Ensured the correct domain connection password on both the application server and the web server domains were correct (also tried removing same from application server and web server).
2. Tried using a different web profile on the web server in the <PS_CFG_HOME>/webserv/<DOMAIN-NAME>/applications/peoplesoft/PORTAL.war/WEB-INF/psftdocs/<PIASITE>/configuration.properties file.
3. Tried reinstalling WebLogic, Tuxedo and also patched to the latest available PeopleTools version and recreated the domains.
4. Changed the PTWEBSERVER password and no accounts were locked or expired.
