Symptoms

In the Change/Delete PersonID process the Application Engine: HR_PER502 abends with the below error:


Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Login to PeopleSoft HCM.
  2. Go to: Setup HCM > System Administration > Database Processes > Person ID Delete.
  3. Enter a Person ID.
  4. Run the Process
