E-IB: Testing a Web Service Using SendMaster Returns "SOAPAction HTTP Header Value Has An Invalid Format." Error (Doc ID 2890903.1)

Symptoms

While testing an inbound SOAP web service using SendMaster utility, the following error is seen in the SendMaster response message window.


Sample Environment:
PeopleTools 8.59.08
FSCM 9.20


Steps to replicate:

1. Start SendMaster using StartSendmaster.bat, and create a new Input File project.
2. Enter the service endpoint URL, add the request message, and the HTTP header entries and their values (e.g. charset and SOAPAction).
3. Post the request message.
4. Observe the error above in the response message window.
