Goal

After running Loan Origination, several students failed the ability to benefit rule (DLOVL034 - Invalid Value for Ability to Benefit Code and DLOVL035 No ATB Records are Created). After updating the ATB Rule and re-running Loan Origination, the loan isn't getting picked up when the Outbound process is run. What has to happen for the loan to be selected in the COD Outbound process?
