Requisition still Pending on the Header and has Status "Awaiting Further Approvals" on the Requisition Lines After it was Approved by Two Users in the Same Time (Doc ID 2891602.1)

Symptoms

The requisition remains in status in Pending on the header and shows still “Awaiting further approval” on the lines, after two approvers have approved it in the same time,
and this issue is happening only when approvers are approving at the same time.”

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Create eProcurement Requisition and send it to approval. (eProcurement>Create Requisition>Special Requests).
2. Two users approve the requisition in the same time, in Main Menu>Worklist>My Worklist>Detail View.
3. The Requisition stays in Pending status on the Header and shows Awaiting Further Approvals on the lines, although it was approved by both approvers and there is no other approval needed on this requisitions in the workflow setup.
