"Add To Planner" Button on "Enroll by my Requirements" Cannot be Disabled in Student Self-Service (Doc ID 2891623.1)

Symptoms

After removing security to the Planner in  Classic self service permission list
HCCPCSSA1010 menu SA_LEARNER_SERVICES
under components
SSS_MY_PLANNER
SSS_BROWSE_CATLG_P
SSS_PLNR_SRCH
 


 and Fluid self service Permission list HCCPCSSA6060 under menu SSR_STUDENT_FL
 components
SSR_PLANNER_FL
SSR_PLNR_CRSE_FL
SSR_PLNR_CTLG_FL
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

we STILL see the ADD to Planner button on the page SSR_CRSE_DTL_FL


Per PeopleBooks hiding the pages would hide the planner but this is not the case.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as a student , select the Manage Classes tile > select "Enroll by my Requirements" > select a requirement and drill down on a course.
Note you have two buttons on the upper right "View Classes" and "Add to Planner"
