SFA_PERK_MPN Forms Engine Process Using Wrong Psprintfile.cmd File (Doc ID 2891899.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the SFA_PERK_MPN process, the process is not using the right version of the psprintfile.cmd.

For example, in one reported case, a school was intending to use a modified version that was placed in the $PS_CUST_HOME/scripts folder, but the process was still using the original version in the $PS_APP_HOME/scripts folder.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Financial Aid > Loans > Print Perkins MPN > Print Perkins Master Promissory Note, and run the process.
  2. Review the results to determine which psprintfile.cmd was used.
