Exception definition details not available fluid T&L exceptions page.

Steps to replicate:

1.Login as Manager. Select Manager Self Service -> Team Time -> Enter Time.
2.Click on Exception Icon
3.Click on Manage Exception
4.Exception Description is shown in short. Classic page used to show long description.
