CS_ECHOPOLL Process Fails When Document Administrator's Adobe account is Deleted After Sending Supplier Contract Document for Signature. (Doc ID 2891974.1)

Symptoms

CS_ECHOPOLL Process Fails with below error message when Document Administrator's Adobe account is deleted after sending Supplier Contract Document for signature.



1. Setup Adobe sign for signatures.
2. Create and Send supplier contract documents for signature from Supplier Contracts>Create Contracts and Documents>Contract Entry.
3. Remove the account/email of the administrator used for sending document from Adobe website.   
3. Log in as another administrator and click on get e-Signature status.Error
