Error "URL Catalog entry "%1" Not found" When Running the Maintain Delegation Authority - EODL_BATCH Process (Doc ID 2892833.1)

Symptoms

Getting error message when running the EODL_BATCH process.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to : Enterprise Component > Delegation >Create delegation Request and create a delegation request for several different transactions like Requisition and GL.
  2. Submit the delegation request.
  3. Navigate to : Enterprise Component > Delegation > Maintain Delegated Authorities.
  4. Run the EODL_BATCH process.
  5. Process will go to no success.
