Symptoms

Recent upgrade to PeopleTools 8.59. A popup message displays the below error whenever a user clicks inside the "Global Header" or clicking on the Search icon. Search works though. This only happens to normal users. If the user has "PeopleSoft Administrator" role, the popup does not happen.
