After Dropping a Class and Re-enrolling, Charges Are Not Adjusted for the Second Enrollment and Payments Are Not Applied (Doc ID 2893424.1)

On Campus Solutions 9.2 a student enrolled, made a payment at the time of enrollment and tuition was calculated. The student then dropped and re-enrolled and made another payment. After tuition is calculated there is no second charge for the enrollment and the student might get an incorrect refund.

It is expected the student charges and payments will net to zero.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. A student enrolls in a class and tuition is automatically calculated
  2. At the time of enrollment the student makes a payment for the enrolled class
  3. The student drops the class and re-enrolls in the same class and a second payment is made.
