E-FLUID : "Activate By Enter Key" Option On Push Button is not Triggering in a Fluid Side Page

Symptoms
In a custion fluid page with a left side panel (side-page1) containing a push buttion. This push button has the 'activate by enter key' box checked.
However pressing the enter key does not trigger the peoplecode command of this buttion as it should.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a fluid page with a left side panel (side-page1) containing a push button.
2. This push button has the 'Activate by Enter key' box checked.
3. Pressing the enter key does not trigger the PeopleCode command of this button as it should.
