Symptoms
It was reported that the HR_EMPLPHOTO process failed in production with below error.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Navigate to Setup HCM > System Administrator > Database processes > Resize employee photos
2) Entered the following run control parameters
Chunk size : 50
Selected the "Upload from file" check box.
Source Directory - This is our custom directory created in PSNT server - Directory: D:\Photos\
Working Directory - EMPLOYEE_PHOTO_CHUNK - Changed it to the custom directory created on our PSNT server - Directory: D:\Interface\
Photo Type - HR Systems Photos
upload option - Validate and upload
Overwrite Existing Photos - This checkbox selected
3) Run the HR_EMPLPHOTO process
4) HR_EMPLPHOTO process failed.
