Symptoms

Notification alerts are not displayed correctly in Japanese.

When you login PeopleSoft as Japanese User, Notification alerts sent by Process Scheduler are not displayed correctly in Japanese.
Notification messages are truncated.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Change User's Language to Japanese in User Profile.
2. Login PeopleSoft in Japanese using the user.
3. Run a process using process scheduler.
