Symptoms
While setting up OAuth2 security, the following error is returned when clicking on the “Access Token” link.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to PeopleTools > Security > OAuth2 Administration > Retrieve OAuth2 Access Token page.
2. Click Access Token link of the desired OAuth Name.
3. Observe the error.
