When retrieving OAuth2 access token, it shows the following error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to PeopleTools > Security > Oauth2 Administration > Retrieve OAuth2 Access Token page.
2. Click Access Token link of the desired OAuth Name.
3. Observe error.
