Error create a new Tile

Trying to create a Tile using the Tile Wizard, when selecting the content reference and choosing a fluid page, the system displays an error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. PeopleTools > Portal > Tile Wizard
2. Create a new tile
3. Fill in Tile name and Title, click Next
4. Set Data Type to 'Free text', click Next
4. Click lookup for Content Reference
5. select "Fluid Structure and Content"
6. Select a Fluid page, get error


In the Peoplecode/SQL trace it shows:
