Symptoms

ERND delete process (AE - HR_EERCD_DEL) abended with the following error.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Login to PeopleSoft HCM.
  2. Go to: Setup HCM > System Administration > Database Process > ERN Delete Process > Employee Record Delete.
  3. Click on Add a new Run Control ID.
  4. Select a Person ID (Emp ID) then click Save and Run.
