Symptoms
When attempting to apply for a job and add work experience, for selected users the following error occurs.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1. Login as Internal Applicant
2. Self-service -->Careers-->search for a job and Apply
3. Under Education and work experience, click on Add Work experience
