Symptoms

After applying a PeopleTools 8.59 patch, the PSPM_LOOKUP REAPER Application Engine process fails with the below error in the AE_PSPM_LOOKUP_<id>.log file located at:

<PS_CONFIG_HOME>\appserv\prcs\<process_scheduler_domain_name>\LOGS
