Symptoms

Unacceptable performance on AP Run Control page for Load Assets process


STEPS  
1. Navigate to Accounts Payable > Batch Processes > Extracts and Loads > Load Assets Request
2. Configure the process
3. Run the process

On the AP Load Assets run control page when the Process Vouchers option is selected and the Magnifying Glass is hit, users are getting no response for minutes and kicked out.
