Symptoms
Inactive Supplier's are able to bid on sourcing events and appears in recommended Bidder list.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Issue-1
1. Consider a user(MJONES) in Demo tied to a supplier(USA0000040).Make sure this user has roles Event Guest and Event Vendor.Navigation : PeopleTools-->Security-->User Profiles-->User Profiles.
2. Inactivate Supplier=USA0000040 at Suppliers-->Supplier Information-->Add/Update-->Add/Update Supplier.
3. Now login as MJONES in supplier portal and bid on posted event.Able to Bid successfully even though SUpplier is inactive.
Issue-2
1. Create an Event for a Category where inactive supplier is diaplyed when clicked on recommended bidder button.Event gets posted with inactive supplier.Navigation: Sourcing-->Create Events-->Create Event Details.
