ETL9.2: Exceptions icon not appearing in Timesheet and Time Summary pages when actual TRC/Hours are left blank. (Doc ID 2896141.1)

Exceptions icon not appearing in Fluid Timesheet and Time Summary when actual TRC/Hours is left blank. But these exceptions are visible in the Time
calendar page. Exceptions icon could be seen if actual TRC/Hours is not blank.

The behavior is similar in both classic as well as fluid pages.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Choose an Employee who has an Exception and has blank TRC/Hours for that
exception day in Timesheet.
2. Navigate to Main Menu >> Manager Self Service >> Time Management >> View
Time >> Monthly Time Calendar.
3. Check the Calendar view for the Impacted Employee on the day of Exception.
4. Navigate to Manager Self Service >> Team Time >> Time Summary
5. Check the Time Summary for the impacted Employee by selecting the
Exception Time Period.
