Symptoms
Customer was unable to see OnBoarding tile and was unable to remove the Company Directory and My Job Profiles Tile from OnBoarding Dashboard as a result.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Employee Self Service homepage
2. Note no Onboarding tile shows
