After Upgrading to PeopleTools 8.59.10 and Above 'javax.mail.internet.InternetAddress.validate()V (1000,1549)' Error Triggered when Hiring an Employee (Doc ID 2896226.1)

After upgrading to PeopleTools 8.59.10, the following errors are triggered when trying add a new employment instance.

STEPS:
----------------------
1. Main Menu >> Workforce Administration >> Personal Information >> Biographical >> Add a Person.
2. Enter the required details in 'Biographical Details', 'Contact Information' and 'Regional' tabs.
3. Go to 'Organizational Relationships' tab, check the Employee check box and select the 'Select Checklist Code' as 'Add Employee Instance' and then click on 'Add Relationship' button.
4. Job Data page will be displayed now. Enter all the required details in all the tabs.
5. After entering all the details, Click on Ok button.
