Symptoms

Separate Health Savings Account (HSA) Plans are set up for employees with Employee Only coverage and employees covering one or more dependents, An error is correctly triggered if an employee who has elected Family coverage for Medical attempts to select the HSA Plan for employees with Employee Only coverage but not vice versa, that is, not when an employee who has elected Single coverage for Medical attempts to select the HSA Plan for employees covering dependents.
 
Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Employee elects to enroll only himself/herself for Medical in Self Service Benefits Enrollment (Navigation: Self Service > Benefits > Benefits Enrollment).
     2. Employee selects the HSA Plan for Family.
     3. Employee successfully saves the election.
