Symptoms
When submitting a remote worker request from a secondary job the approval process routes to the incorrect supervisor of the primary job:
Steps to reproduce the issue:
- Login to PeopleSoft HCM
- Identify an Employee with a Primary and Secondary job:
EmplID: 001 EmplRcd 0 primary job reports to position incumbent A
EmplID: 001 EmplRcd 1 secondary job reports to position incumbent B - Submit remote worker request for secondary job.
- Approval routes to Incumbent A when it is expected to route to incumbent B.
