E-NV: ReportBook Does Not Close Excel And Does Not Delete Temp Files (Doc ID 2896428.1)

Symptoms

nVision ReportBook process errors out with the below message in the nVision log, it does not close the Excel process and it does not delete the Temp files.

"The process cannot access the file 'xxxxxx.xlsm' because it is being used by another process."

Need to go in Windows Task Manager to kill the hanging Excel.exe and hence release the temp files.
