Symptoms
The following error is seen in the Application Engine log when running EOAWEMC process.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into PIA, and navigate to PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Schedule Process Requests.
2. Run EOAWEMC.
2. Open the Application Engine log in Process Monitor, and observe the error above.
