EPY: YTD Hours Not Reflecting On Back-out Entry of Previous Bonus (Doc ID 2896770.1)

Symptoms

When a backdated, flat sum bonus payment happens in the current payroll, it calculates the flat sum bonus premiums. In the next payroll when a negative amount was entered for the same backdated bonus , it reversed only the amount but not the hours. Only Negative Amounts are being adjusted to Earnings_BAL (YTD, QTD, MTD) and not the hours.
