Symptoms
Performance Issue when User tries to Open Group Contract Summary page.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Case 1:
1. Navigate : Supplier Contracts > Create Contracts and Documents > Contract Entry
2. Find an Existing Value
3. Select Contract Process Option : Group Multi Supplier
4. Search
5. Select contract ID
6. Click Group Contract Summary
Issue : Page is not opening
Case 2:
1. Select Employee Self Service Menu > Procurement Options
2. Click Review Group Contract tile
Issue : Page is not opening
