Loan Origination Error: Code 08001 'Invalid Bind Variable Number', or Code 08080 'An invalid bind variable number was specified ' in FAPLBOG1 Cobol Log File (Doc ID 2897154.1)

When attempting to run loan origination (FAPLBOG1 cobol), the following error occurs, as displayed in the log file.

The messaging may also reference a slightly different return code 08080, and message "An invalid bind variable number was specified".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigate to Financial Aid > Loans > Process Loans > Loan Origination and run the process for Aid Year 2023.
Click link to Process Monitor note when process ends in Error status.
Click Details link for the process, then click link that says 'View Log/Trace', then click into the .log file in the file list and note the error message.

The issue is seen after applying the fix for <Bug 34066109> delivered first in CS 9.2 PUM Image 26.
