E-XMLP/BIP/FTP Unable To Open Unofficial Transcript Using Apple IPhone or IPad (Doc ID 2897363.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Campus Access Mobile - Academic Records

When the user attempts to view Unofficial Transcript using iPhone, the following error occurred. The Issue started after PeopleTools 8.59 upgrade

Safari cannot open the page. The error was: "cannot parse response"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Campus Solutions Environment using iPhone
2. Click on Academic Record Tile then View Unofficial Transcript
3. Generate Request
4. Click on View All Requested Reports Tab
5. Select the Report and click the View Report Button

Due to this issue, users cannot see the Unofficial Transcript.
