Symptoms

For the company, one Payroll Operator is receiving an error when attempting to run Quick Calculation (PSPPYRUN via remote COBOL).
Other people running Quick Calculation do not get the same error.

This error appears on the page when attempting to use Quick Calculation:

The issue can be reproduced at will for the specific employee with the following steps:

1. Specific Payroll Analyst/Administrator/processor logs in.
2. Run Quick Calculation (Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Update Paysheets > By Payline > Quick Calculation)
3. Error occurs
