Symptoms
The Payable Lease was amended to update the Leased asset cost distribution (a portion asset cost was transferred to a new department), the NBV and the Accumulated Amortization on the NBV reporting table appear to be incorrect.

Steps to Replicate:
- Create a new payable lease with a start date of 01/01/2022 and an end date of 12/31/2022.
Menu > Lease Administration > Payable Leases > Create a new Payable Lease. - Add a base rent of 10000 USD to be paid on the first of each month.
- Allocate the Lease payments to assets.
- Update the Leased asset cost distribution as follows:
50% of asset cost across the department 13000
50% of asset cost across the department 14000 - Override the Leased asset classification from finance to operation.
- Generate the straight-line schedule
Menu > Lease Administration > Payable Leases > Integrations > Generate SL Schedule. - Calculate depreciation
Menu > Asset Management > Depreciation > Processing > Calculate Depreciation. - Create accounting entries.
Menu > Asset Management > Accounting Entries > Create Accounting Entries. - Load Depreciation reporting table.
Menu > Asset Management > Financial Reports > Load Reporting Tables > Load Depr Reporting Table - Load asset NBV table
Menu > Asset Management > Financial Reports > Load Reporting Tables > Load Net Book Value Table - Create an amendment to update the asset cost distribution as follows:
50% with dept ID 13000
25% with dept ID 14000
25% with dept ID 15000
Menu > Lease Administration > Payable Leases > Maintain Payable Lease. - Ensure the transaction date and accounting date are 02/01/2022.
- Activate amendment.
- Generate the Straight line schedule, calculate depreciation, and create accounting entries.
- Load depreciation reporting tables and Asset Net book values table.
Review the Demo data for the current obtain values and the expected values for the Amortization amount and the Net Book Value in ASSET_NBV_TBL table.
