Symptoms
When user add a new row to Override Tax Stmt 2006 CHE and change any field(s) to the Tax Statement Lump page (GPCH_IF_TX07_1) and save the changes, after the return to previous page, any system created version can be edited as well, which must not be allowed by the system.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to: Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Taxes > Override Tax Stmt 2006 CHE
2. Search for EmplID XYZ
3. Select the Add a new row (+) button
4. Click Edit hyperlink
5. Change any field(s)
6. Select Save, Return To Search or Cancel.
