Symptoms

Global Search magnifying glass icon spins upon clicking in fluid pages.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to PIA
2. In Employee Self Service homepage, click Payroll tile.
3. Click Magnify glass and observe it is spinning.
