E-PRCS: Process Monitor not reflecting correct status for a deleted process in an Auto Refresh feature enabled environment. (Doc ID 2898551.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.59 version, Process Scheduler

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------
In a PT 8.59.07 environment implemented with Auto refresh feature, the Process Monitor is not showing the correct status. The processes that were success/error-posted went back to "Queued" after deleting an errored process.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should show the correct status.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Process Scheduler >> System Process Request >> Ran the following three processes below: PTSQRTST, COBOLSQL, AEMINITEST
2. Process Monitor
3. All statuses of the three processes were auto updated PTSQRTST errored out, deleted the process
4. After Deleting, the process statuses for Cobol SQL and AEMINITEST went back to Queued
5. If you click the refresh button for it go back to the correct status
