Symptoms
Unable to create LA accounting rules due to criteria sequence being maxed out which is 99999.
Error:

Replication Steps:
-----------------------
1: Goto setup Financials/Supply Chain -Product Related - Lease Administration - LA Accounting Rules.
2: Make sure you have 99999 rules for a business unit (This can be achieved using Excel o CI). Check CA_RULES_DEFN.CRIT_SEQ should be 99999 for CA_TXN_SOURCE = 'FRE'.
3: Try to add one more. The error will pop up.
