Symptoms
Error when attempting to activate and click on delivered fluid tiles like Manage Positions , Position View Details , View Position details
Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Log into Peoplesoft PIA > Access Personalize Homepage in Home Page > Add Tile > Add Manage Positions , Position View Details , View Position details and Save
2. Access the added tiles above , getting error.
