E-PIA: Print Hyperlink is not Visible on Modal window/Popup Page after "Enable Print" Option is Turned on in the Web Profile (Doc ID 2899128.1)

Symptoms

After enable the option "Enable Print" in the Web profile, the Print hyperlink is not visible on the Modal/popup page. Issue is seen in Edge and Chrome


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. In the web profile, enable the 'Enable Print' checkbox, bounce the server and clear cache
2. Navigate to Accounts receivable > Customer Accounts > Customer Information > Account Overview
Enter a Customer ID, click Search
2. Click on "Balance" hyperlink and then click on an Item hyperlink
On this popup page, the Print hyperlink is not visible for the user to Print
If use the browser print, it will print the background pages as well, not just the modal window of the Item details
