Symptoms

Issue
---------------
Account Tree Name filter list and Department Tree Name filter list is not enable in GL Kibana

Account Tree Name filter list and Department Tree Name filter list is not enable in GL Kibana Dashboard "Financial Position Trending"
It may be related to Tree flattener view for Kibana like PS_GL_KTFLT_ACT_VW and PS_GL_KTDEF_ACT_VW.

Steps to replicate:
-----------------------
Account Tree Name filter list and Department Tree Name filter list should be enabled in GL Kibana

STEPS
-----------------------
In FSCM GL there are 5 delivered Kibana dashboards:
1. GL Operational Insights
2. Financial Performance Analysis
3. Controller Key Metrics
4. My Budget
5. Financial Position Trending

In this dashboard, Account tree and Department tree is one of the drill down feature. In order for this Drill down to work, Kibana Reporting tree Page needs to be configured:

- Navigation: Main Menu > Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Operating Reporting > GL Kibana Tree Configuration
As mentioned in PeopleBooks: PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management 9.2 > Products > Financial Management Solution > PeopleSoft General Ledger > Kibana Dashboards in General Ledger > Setting Up Kibana Dashboards for General Ledger
Note: Before selecting the tree name, you must run the Tree Flattener Process for the reporting tree using the Tree Flattener Request Page.
However, there is a pre-requisite for this configuration, and that is to run a Tree Flattener process:
- Navigation: Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Operational Reporting > Tree Flattener > Tree Flattener Request
