Changing Item Category On Requisition Line Does Not Change Account On Requisition Distribution Level (Doc ID 2899245.1)

On Add/ Update Requisition page, when Category ID on requisition line is changed for non item id, for a requisition with default option of Override, Account does not change on requisition distribution level.

1. Create a new Requisition
  Purchasing > Requisitions > Add/Update Requisition
2. Add a non inventory Item and enter a category for the item added.
3. Save the requisition and note the Account number.
4. Open the requisition again and change the Category ID
5. Account was not changed.
