Changing the Transaction Date on a Pending Disposal Worksheet Transaction leaves some Asset Books unretired

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create several Assets using Express Add for a Business Unit with Multiple Books/Book currencies
Navigation: Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Owned Assets > Express Add
2. Calculate the Depreciation and the Accounting Entries for the newly created Assets
Navigation:
Asset Management > Depreciation > Processing > Calculate Depreciation
Asset Management > Accounting Entries > Create Accounting Entries
3. Submit the Assets for disposal using Disposal Worksheet
Navigation: Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Asset Disposal > Disposal Worksheet
4. Update the Transaction Date before running the Transaction Loader
Navigation: Asset Management > Send/Receive Information > Interface Transactions > Review Interface Transactions
5. Run the transaction Loader
Navigation: Asset Management > Send/Receive Information > Interface Transactions > Load Into AM
6. Calculate the Depreciation and create the Accounting Entries
7. Review the Retirement Cost for All Books
Navigation: Asset Management > Asset Transactions > History > Review Cost
