Goal
How to compress projects based on project status run at the Business Unit level?
Scenario:
1. Run the Project Compression Process - Project Costing > Utilities > Compress Project Data > Compress Project Data at the Business Unit level
The need is to have all the closed projects to get compressed. Currently, you can run the project compression based on individual Projects but it is tedious to add each closed project in the run control. Providing hundreds of closed projects in the run control is very cumbersome. Instead, can the Project Status be used as criteria effectively on the run control so that the process can be run at the Business Unit level but the project status can be used as a filter to see which projects needs to be compressed or not?
